If you are not satisfied with our webhosting service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. This refund policy applies to all our hosting plans and does not include any additional services or products.
 
2-Pro-rated Refund after the First 30 Days of Service.
If you wish to cancel your hosting plan after the first 30 days of service, we offer a pro-rated refund. This means that we will refund you for the remaining time left on your hosting plan, minus any setup fees and domain registration fees.
 
3-No Refund for Additional Services or Products.
Please note that our refund policy only applies to hosting plans and does not include any additional services or products such as domain registration fees, SSL certificates, or other add-ons. These services and products are non-refundable.
 
4-Refund Process.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will review your request and issue a refund within 15 days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
 
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our webhosting services, violation of our terms of service, or fraudulent activity.
